PERR&KNIGHT Achieves Climate Neutral Certification for Second Straight Year, Continuing to Lead in Sustainable Business Practices

Santa Monica, California (July 22, 2024) – PERR&KNIGHT, a leading provider of actuarial and insurance operations consulting, announced today that it has earned Climate Neutral Certification for the second year in a row, placing the company at the forefront of organizations that have prioritized ongoing sustainable business practices. This achievement reflects PERR&KNIGHT’s continued commitment to reducing its carbon footprint and promoting environmental responsibility.
To successfully renew its’ Climate Neutral Certification, PERR&KNIGHT comprehensively measured and offset its entire carbon footprint from mid-year 2023 to 2024, encompassing all direct and indirect emissions from its operations, supply chain, and employee commuting. The company also implemented a range of initiatives to reduce its emissions, including shifting to renewable energy, optimizing transportation and logistics, and reducing waste. As a last step in the certification process, PERR&KNIGHT worked closely with The Change Climate Project over the past year to report back on its’ progress, as well as share their detailed reduction action plan to cut future emissions.
