Victor Martinez, AINS

• Licensing Analyst

Victor Martinez is a Licensing Analyst II in the Licensing Department at Perr&Knight. In this role, he manages a diverse client portfolio, including agents/agencies, Reinsurance Intermediaries, Managing General Agents, Risk Purchasing Groups, Third Party Administrators, Pharmacy Benefit Managers, and Property and Casualty and Life and Health Insurance Companies.  He interacts directly with clients and insurance regulators, ushering licensing projects from inception to completion.

Victor began is career at Perr&Knight in August 2018 and was quickly promoted within the department. Victor’s extensive experience with various license types has enabled him to build strong relationships and earn the trust of his clients, leading to high client retention and additional projects for Perr&Knight. His expertise and problem-solving skills are crucial in researching licensing requirements and undertaking new licensing endeavors.

Victor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Mathematical Economics, and Economic Theory from California State University of Long Beach. He holds the Associate in Insurance (AINS) designation and is continually expanding his insurance knowledge through continuing educational opportunities.
