Tommy Duvall is a Senior Product Design Consultant with Perr&Knight.  His responsibilities include product development, content review and regulatory compliance.  Tommy has extensive individual, group, blanket accident and health, and travel product development, review and compliance experience.

Prior to joining Perr&Knight’s Fort Worth office in 2014, Tommy held a senior project management position in Agent Training at HealthMarkets.  He has also held compliance and product development management positions at National Health Insurance Company, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas, Aegon, and Southwestern Life Insurance Company.

Tommy graduated from Purdue University Global with a Bachelor of Science in Management. He has obtained multiple industry related designations, including his Chartered Life Underwriter designation in 2001, his Fellow, Life Management Institute designation in 1998, and his Associate, Insurance Regulatory Compliance designation in 2005. He is also a Six Sigma Black Belt.
