NuDasha Fludd is a Product Design Manager with Perr & Knight. Her responsibilities include leading and assisting a team of consultants with product development, competitor analyses, process improvement and reviewing coverage forms for compliance with state specific requirements.

NuDasha has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. Her subject matter experience includes adjusting, and negotiating multi-lines of property and casualty products, training and mentoring new hires, training regulators on P&C products, and writing guidelines around the use of crypto currency and AI. Most recently, she worked for the D.C. Department of Insurance Securities and Banking as an Insurance Market Regulator, and has obtained her APIR and PIR in insurance.

NuDasha is a native of Charlotte NC where she obtained her undergraduate degree from UNC-Charlotte and has her MBA from Averett University.
