Tracy Gierach

Tracy Gierach is a Product Design Consultant with Perr&Knight. Her responsibilities include product development, competitor analysis, reviewing forms for regulatory compliance and regulatory compliance research.

Prior to joining Perr&Knight in May 2024, Tracy served as the Lead State Filing Analyst at Old Republic Surety Company. She was responsible for maintaining manuals and forms utilized countrywide in addition to submitting all company filings and ensuring compliance with state regulations and requirements. She communicated with regulators, prepared documentation, monitored various rating bureaus and regulatory agencies, and collaborated with all areas within the organization to develop and maintain a competitive product. She also has held a Research and Remediation Analyst position with Wells Fargo where she completed loan reviews to determine if processes were in compliance with internal company requirements, contractual terms and conditions, insurer guidelines, investor requirements and government regulations, or whether to perform remediation activities.

Tracy graduated from Milwaukee Area Technical College with an Associate degree in Accounting. Tracy works remotely from her home in Wisconsin.
