Joe Allen is a Senior Manager within Perr&Knight’s Insurance Technology Consulting Department. Joe provides deep subject matter expertise for our clients’ technology initiatives, offering solution design, implementation planning and program management capabilities. He is also the designer of and senior technical lead for our Perr&Knight’s Statistical Reporting Data Model Solution.

With over 25 years experience in the insurance industry, Joe has an extensive background with design, construction and implementation of a wide variety of insurance applications across multiple lines. Prior to joining Perr&Knight, Joe served as a senior technical lead for StoneRiver (formerly Fiserv Insurance Solutions Group) in their workers’ compensation software development unit where he worked with clients to develop and deliver business intelligence solutions. Prior to StoneRiver, Joe was Assistant Vice President of Implementations with VARDS Trade where he specialized in product development, business workflow and client implementations. He has an extensive background in database technologies, having served as Data Warehouse Chief Architect – where he architected and implemented solutions to bring data from across multiple enterprise systems into a comprehensive data warehouse – during a fourteen year stint at Nationwide Insurance

Joe holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in both Mathematics and Computer Science from Muskingum College.
