Ginger Senefeld is a Manager within Perr&Knight’s Insurance Technology Consulting Practice Area and supervises the day-to-day activities of Perr&Knight’s dynamic project management team as part of Technical Delivery Services. Ginger has over 15 years of experience in managing projects in the Property & Casualty insurance industry, personal lines and commercial lines. Her expertise in technical project management and business operations serves as a solid foundation for helping clients achieve their business goals. She enjoys working with clients to solve problems and improve their processes.

Prior to joining Perr&Knight, Ginger was a Senior Project Manager at several companies within Brown & Brown, Inc and Gallagher Bassett, including Arrowhead General Insurance Agency where she managed all aspects of complex projects such as vendor/platform selection, platform implementation, portal integrations, system integrations, rating platform integrations, data conversion, statistical reporting, management reporting, and even product design for new insurance programs. Ginger’s background is in software quality assurance and all aspects of the software development lifecycle. Through the years, her start in software quality assurance and project management at Answer Financial, Inc., an Allstate Company, has led to career in insurance where she can use all of her talents to make a difference for her clients.

Ginger holds designations as a Project Management Professional and an Associate in Commercial Underwriting. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from California State University, Northridge and a Master of Business Administration from University of Phoenix.
